First, the application of automotive automatic headlight system
Function implementation:
The automotive automatic headlight system senses changes in external ambient light through photoelectric sensors (usually photosensitive sensors or illuminance sensors). When the ambient light darkens to a certain extent, the sensor will output a signal to the headlight control module, and the control module will automatically turn on the headlight to provide better lighting conditions for the driver; When the ambient light becomes brighter to a certain threshold, the sensor will also send a signal, and the control module will automatically turn off the headlamp to avoid glare or unnecessary energy consumption caused by excessive light.

How it works:
Rain sensors are usually based on optical or capacitive principles. Taking the optical principle as an example, sensors detect raindrops by emitting infrared light and receiving its reflected light. When raindrops fall on the windshield, they will change the reflection path and intensity of infrared light, and the sensor will judge the number and density of raindrops according to these changes, and output the corresponding signal to the control module.
